810 Route 16, Ossipee, NH 03864

Margaret began her real estate career in Massachusetts in 1983, while she was a full-time science teacher. She balanced teaching during the day and building a successful real estate career on nights and weekends. Later she moved to the U. S. Virgin Islands, where she continued teaching and sold luxury properties on St. John and St. Croix. She retired from teaching in 2012 and moved to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, specializing in waterfront properties.

Her professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors®, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, the White Mountain Board of Realtors®. She is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Certified New Home Specialist, and is working toward becoming a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She has a B.A. in biology from Salem University in Massachusetts and has continued her education at Harvard University and the University of Massachusetts.

Outside of real estate, Margaret is a proud mother and grandmother, and she has spent much of the past 25 years traveling the world to play and teach chess through the International Chess Federation (FIDE). She has been heavily involved in various commissions and leadership positions as part of FIDE, including instructor, arbiter, member of the Executive Board, and international organizer. This international experience has enhanced her ability to strategize, negotiate, and effective manage crises, and it has also increased her cultural sensitivity. She will make these skills available to you. She will ensure you receive the highest integrity and diligence in all areas of transactions.

Whether her clients are seeking a waterfront home, a cabin in the woods, a vacation home, luxury home or just a great place to call home, Margaret can help them find the perfect property.
